Support of Field Editing for:
- Priority Status: Modify My Request now supports editing of priority status, giving portal users more control and reducing the need for agent intervention when urgency changes.
- Radio Button Fields: Added support for editing radio button–type fields, expanding the range of fields customers can update in the portal
